RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Melly M your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind all of our products and, if you’re not happy, we’re not happy.
All products purchased at full price by phone or online at mellym.com showing no signs of wear and accompanied with original tags and sales invoice can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Any items ending .99 are all sales final unless otherwise denoted on promotion. Final Sale products are ALL SALES FINAL.
Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment within 15 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. Please allow one billing cycle for it to appear on your credit card.
Returns made between 15 and 30 days will be provided with a Melly M gift card that will be mailed to you for future use.
We’re sorry, but any returns made after 30 days will be refused and sent back to you.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we shipped the product in error.
If you are exchanging, please refer to mellym.com (or call us), to make sure that the product is still available. Make sure to have a second choice just in case!
Exchanged merchandise outbound shipping charges are on us for the first exchange!
To return or exchange your merchandise (and, we sure hope you don’t need to), please follow instructions below:

We recommend you select a service that provides tracking information to send back your return. Melly M is not responsible for any packages lost during the returns process.

GIFT CARDS:
All sales on gift cards are final and are not eligible for returns.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
Melly M will honor a one-time price adjustment within 5 days of the order date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact Customer Service at 866-4MELLYM or contact us via email. Be sure to have your order number (this is found on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email). Promotions will be excluded from price adjustments.
